Job Title: Lead Generation Specialist

Responsibilities:

- Conduct targeted research to identify and engage potential clients in the Middle East region within the software solutions, temporary staffing solutions and SaaS-based products sectors.
- Implement lead generation strategies tailored to the nuances of the Middle East market through channels such as cold outreach, email campaigns and industry-specific events.
- Collaborate closely with the sales and marketing teams to align lead generation efforts with regional business objectives.
- Leverage 2+ years of experience to qualify leads based on specific criteria, ensuring a high level of precision in identifying prospective clients.
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of regional trends in software solutions,



temporary staffing and SaaS products to effectively communicate tailored value propositions.
- Generate and nurture leads through effective communication and relationship-building techniques, taking cultural considerations into account.
- Provide regular reports on lead generation performance, offering insights for continuous improvement in regional strategies.
- Stay abreast of industry developments, competitive landscapes and market trends in the Middle East region.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per year
