Key Responsibilities

- Supervise day-to-day production activities to achieve production targets.
- Ensure adherence to SOPs, GMP, GHP, HACCP, and FSSAI guidelines.
- Monitor production processes to maintain product quality and consistency.
- Coordinate with Quality Control (QC), Quality Assurance (QA), Warehouse, and Maintenance teams.
- Prepare and maintain production records, batch manufacturing records (BMR), and production reports.
- Ensure proper utilization of manpower, machinery, and raw materials.
- Monitor production yield and minimize wastage.
- Troubleshoot production issues and implement corrective actions.
- Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and safety within the production area.
- Participate in process improvements to enhance productivity and efficiency.
- Train production operators on SOPs and food safety practices.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in:
- Food Technology
- Food Science




- Dairy Technology
- Biotechnology
- Nutrition & Food Processing (Preferred)

Experience

- 2–5 years of experience in Food, Nutraceutical, Dairy, Infant Nutrition, or FMCG manufacturing.
- Freshers with strong academic knowledge may also apply (optional).

Required Skills

- Knowledge of GMP, HACCP, ISO 22000, and FSSAI regulations.
- Understanding of food manufacturing processes.
- Batch documentation and production reporting.
- Production planning and execution.
- Problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Team handling and leadership.
- MS Excel and ERP knowledge is an added advantage.
- Valuable communication and coordination skills.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
