Job description:

- Make outbound calls to prospective students and parents from the provided lead database.
- Handle inbound admission inquiries professionally.
- Explain course details, career opportunities, fee structure, and ongoing offers.
- Follow up with leads through calls, WhatsApp, email, and SMS.
- Convert qualified leads into admissions by achieving monthly sales targets.
- Maintain accurate lead records and update the CRM/ERP system regularly.
- Schedule counselling sessions and campus visits for interested candidates.
- Coordinate with the admissions, marketing, and operations teams for smooth onboarding.
- Resolve basic customer queries and escalate complex issues when required.
- Prepare daily call reports and submit performance updates to the Sales Manager.

Required Skills





- Excellent communication skills in Malayalam and English .
- Strong convincing and negotiation skills.
- Good interpersonal and customer handling abilities.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Google Sheets, CRM software).
- Ability to work in a target-driven setting.
- Positive attitude with strong follow-up skills.
