Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Sales Executive to support our sales operations. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, be proficient in Tally ERP and Microsoft Office, and be capable of handling customer enquiries, preparing quotations, and following up on payments.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle customer sales enquiries through phone, email, and WhatsApp.
- Prepare and send quotations, proforma invoices, and sales-related documents.
- Follow up with customers regarding quotations, orders, and payments.
- Coordinate with the sales team to ensure timely order processing.
- Maintain customer records and sales data in Tally ERP.
- Generate sales reports and MIS using Microsoft Excel.
- Communicate effectively with customers to resolve queries and provide support.
- Coordinate with accounts and dispatch departments for smooth order execution.
- Maintain proper documentation of sales transactions and customer interactions.

Required Skills

- Valuable knowledge of Tally ERP.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including formulas, data management, and reporting.




- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong follow-up and customer handling abilities.
- Good organisational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team.

Preferred Qualifications

- Graduate in Commerce, Business Administration, or any relevant field.
- Experience in sales coordination or sales support will be an added advantage.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
