- Plan, manage, and execute procurement activities for construction projects.
- Source and evaluate vendors/suppliers based on quality, pricing, and delivery timelines.
- Negotiate prices, payment terms, and contracts with suppliers.
- Prepare and process Purchase Orders (POs) and maintain procurement records.
- Ensure timely procurement of construction materials, machinery, and equipment.
- Coordinate with Project Managers, Site Engineers, and Store teams regarding material requirements.
- Monitor inventory levels and prevent material shortages or overstocking.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and new vendors.
- Compare quotations and prepare comparative statements for management approval.
- Ensure compliance with company procurement policies and budget.
- Track market trends and identify cost-saving opportunities.
- Resolve supplier-related issues, including quality and delivery concerns.
- Prepare procurement reports and MIS for management.
