Job Summary

Airfoil Elevators is looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Accounts Assistant to manage day-to-day accounting activities, maintain financial records, and support the finance department. The ideal candidate should have basic accounting knowledge, be proficient in Tally and MS Excel, and possess strong organizational skills.

Key Responsibilities

- Maintain daily accounting records and financial transactions.
- Prepare and manage invoices, quotations, receipts, and payment vouchers.
- Record sales, purchases, expenses, and bank transactions.
- Handle cash and bank reconciliations.
- Maintain accounts payable and receivable.
- Generate GST invoices and assist with GST documentation.
- Prepare monthly financial reports and MIS.
- Maintain employee attendance, salary records, and petty cash.
- Coordinate with CA for GST filing, TDS, and statutory compliance.
- Organize and maintain financial documents and records.

Requirements





- B.Com / M.Com / Graduate in Commerce or related field.
- 0–2 years of accounting experience (Freshers may also apply).
- Basic knowledge of Tally Prime, MS Excel, and Microsoft Office.
- Understanding of GST, invoicing, and bookkeeping.
- Good analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
- Honest, punctual, and detail-oriented.
