- Manage day-to-day operations of the e-commerce platform (website, marketplaces like Amazon, etc.)
- Upload, update, and manage product listings (descriptions, images, pricing)
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the warehouse team
- Process orders, returns, and customer queries efficiently
- Plan and execute online promotions, discounts, and campaigns
- Analyze sales trends and prepare performance reports
Required Skills:
- Basic knowledge of e-commerce platforms ( Amazon Seller Central, etc.)
- Understanding of digital marketing (SEO, PPC, social media)
- Valuable communication and customer handling skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Proficiency in MS Excel / Google Sheets
- Bachelor’s degree in Business.
- 1–3 years of experience in e-commerce (freshers with strong skills can apply)
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
