Job Description – Sales Promoter (In-Store Sales)

Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month

Job Purpose

The Sales Promoter is responsible for promoting and selling the company's Ready-to-Eat (RTE) and Ready-to-Cook (RTC) food products by engaging with customers, demonstrating product features, generating product trials, and achieving in-store sales targets. The role also focuses on maintaining excellent product visibility and delivering a positive customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

Promote Ready-to-Eat (RTE) and Ready-to-Cook (RTC) products to walk-in customers.

Explain product features, benefits, ingredients, nutritional value, and preparation methods.

Conduct product sampling and live cooking demonstrations (where applicable).

Encourage customers to purchase products and achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.

Maintain attractive product displays and ensure shelves are well-stocked and organized.

Monitor stock availability and coordinate with store management or the sales team for timely replenishment.

Ensure correct product placement, pricing, promotional materials, and branding are displayed as per company guidelines.





Build and maintain strong relationships with store staff and customers.

Collect customer feedback, market insights, and competitor information, and report them to the reporting manager.

Submit daily sales reports, attendance, and activity reports on time.

Qualification & Experience

Minimum 12th Pass (Graduation preferred).

0–2 years of experience in FMCG retail sales, food promotion, customer service, or a related field.

Freshers with positive communication and customer handling skills are encouraged to apply.
