Position: Payment and Process Specialist

Location: Ahmedabad

Experience Required: Minimum 1 year

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle end-to-end post-payment processes after payment confirmation from the Client Handling Team.
- Accurately mark and update payment details in the CRM system.
- Send payment confirmation and process-related emails to clients in a professional manner.
- Allocate and coordinate work with the Execution Team to ensure timely completion of tasks.
- Update and maintain records in the Finance Module of the CRM.
- Manage store credit and refund-related activities within the CRM system.
- Negotiate with clients regarding store credits and refunds in line with company policies.
- Prepare,



submit, and track Credit Note Forms and Invoice Forms.
- Perform necessary actions in the Store Credit and Refund Module of the CRM.
- Ensure proper documentation, compliance, and closure of all assigned cases.
- Coordinate with internal teams to maintain smooth operational workflows.

- Allocate work to the Execution Team to ensure timely completion of tasks.

Qualifications & Skills:

- Graduate or above from a recognized university.
- Minimum 1 year of relevant experience.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Confident and client-focused personality.
- Quick learner with the ability to adapt to new tools and processes.
- Good organizational and coordination skills.
- Basic knowledge of CRM systems and finance processes is preferred.

Job Type: Full time

Pay: ₹250,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year
