Job Responsibilities :

- Handle inbound and outbound calls for website sales and digital marketing services.

- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable website and digital solutions.

- Guide and support the sales team with product knowledge and customer handling techniques.

- Manage client communications through calls, emails, and online meetings.

- Resolve customer queries and provide appropriate solutions.

Desired Candidate Profile:

- Minimum 1+ years of experience in Website Selling, International BPO, or IT Sales.





- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

- Strong convincing and negotiation abilities.

- Ability to work independently and in a team setting.

- Target-oriented and self-motivated personality.

- Good problem-solving and customer-handling skills.

- Comfortable working in US Night Shift.
