1. Financial Planning & Strategy

- Develop and implement financial strategies to support business growth.
- Prepare annual budgets, forecasts, and financial projections.
- Monitor cash flow and working capital requirements.
- Advise management on financial decisions and investments.

2. Accounting & Financial Reporting

- Ensure accurate maintenance of books of accounts.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Review Balance Sheet, Profit & Loss Account, and Cash Flow Statements.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies.

3. Taxation & Compliance

- Oversee GST, TDS, Income Tax, and other statutory compliances.
- Ensure timely filing of all tax returns and regulatory reports.
- Handle tax assessments, notices, and departmental audits.
- Monitor compliance with Companies Act and other applicable laws.

4. Audit Management

- Coordinate with Statutory Auditors, Internal Auditors, and Tax Auditors.
- Ensure timely completion of audits.
- Implement audit recommendations and strengthen internal controls.

5. Treasury & Cash Management

- Manage banking relationships and fund requirements.




- Monitor cash flow, liquidity, and borrowing arrangements.
- Negotiate with banks for loans, limits, and financial facilities.

6. Internal Controls & Risk Management

- Establish and monitor financial controls and SOPs.
- Identify financial risks and implement mitigation measures.
- Prevent fraud and ensure financial discipline across the organization.

7. MIS & Management Reporting

- Prepare and present MIS reports to Directors and Management.
- Analyze business performance and profitability.
- Provide insights for cost reduction and operational efficiency.

8. Team Leadership

- Lead and supervise Accounts, Finance, Payroll, and Taxation teams.
- Train and mentor finance staff.
- Ensure smooth functioning of the finance department.

Job Types: Full time, Permanent

Pay: ₹100,000.00 - ₹200,000.00 per month
