Position : Senior Skin Therapist

Location: Santacruz West, Mumbai

Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month

Working Hours: 11:00 AM to 7:00 PM

Working Days: Monday to Saturday

About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled and passionate Senior Skin Therapist to join our team. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of skin science, facial protocols, and non-invasive aesthetic treatments. You will be responsible for delivering high-quality skin treatments while ensuring an exceptional client experience aligned with clinic standards of care, hygiene, and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform advanced facial and skin treatments including Hydrafacials, Chemical Peels, Microdermabrasion, and device-based therapies as per clinic protocols.

Conduct detailed skin analysis and assist in creating customized treatment plans under medical guidance.

Maintain strict hygiene and sterilization protocols before, during, and after procedures.

Prepare treatment rooms ensuring a clean, comfortable, and professional environment.

Explain treatment procedures to clients and ensure their comfort throughout the session.

Monitor client skin responses and report any concerns to the supervising doctor.





Maintain accurate client records and treatment documentation.

Ensure proper usage and maintenance of aesthetic devices and skincare products.

Provide post-treatment care instructions and follow-up guidance.

Uphold high standards of client service, professionalism, and clinic image.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

✔ Certification/Diploma in Aesthetic Therapy, Dermatology Assistance, or a related field.

✔ Prior experience in a dermatology, cosmetology, or aesthetic clinic preferred.

✔ Strong understanding of skin types, conditions, and treatment protocols.

✔ Hands-on experience with aesthetic devices and advanced facial procedures.

✔ Excellent communication and client-handling skills.

✔ High level of hygiene awareness and professionalism.

✔ Calm, empathetic, and detail-oriented personality.
