Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales Manager to join our pharmaceutical sales team. The candidate will be responsible for achieving sales targets, managing customer relationships, and increasing the market share of our products in the assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities:

- Promote and sell building blocks, fine chemical to purchaser.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Conduct regular visits to existing and potential clients to establish robust relationships and understand their needs.
- Ensure proper implementation of marketing strategies and promotional campaigns.
- Conduct product detailing and scientific discussions with clients
- Monitor competitor activity and suggest counter-strategies.
- Keep accurate records of sales, customer feedback, and follow-up actions.
- Train and guide junior sales staff if required.
- Participate in conferences,



seminars, and other promotional events.
- Payment Recovery.

Requirements:

- M.Sc chemistry with sales Experience.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in pharmaceutical sales / Building blocks , fine chemicals sales in CRO
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Willing to travel within the assigned territory.
