- Manage and monitor the PDIR (Problem Detection & Investigation Report) process to ensure timely investigation, root cause analysis, and effective closure of quality issues.
- Review and verify defect investigations, ensuring appropriate corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) are implemented and sustained.
- Ensure incoming raw materials and components comply with customer specifications, quality standards, and applicable procedures through the Incoming Quality Assurance (IQA) process.
- Develop, review, and update inspection procedures, quality plans, sampling methods, checklists, and quality documentation.
- Coordinate with suppliers to resolve quality issues, monitor supplier corrective actions, and drive supplier quality improvement initiatives.
- Maintain quality records, inspection reports, traceability documents, and approvals in compliance with the Quality Management System (QMS).
- Conduct process audits and regular quality patrols to ensure adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), Control Plans, Work Instructions, and customer requirements.
- Identify process deviations, raise non-conformance reports (NCRs), and ensure timely implementation of corrective actions.
- Support production teams by providing guidance and training on quality standards, defect prevention, and process compliance.




- Monitor in-process quality controls and verify the effectiveness of quality assurance systems.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly quality performance reports for management review.
- Analyze quality data, defect trends, customer complaints, and PDIR reports to identify improvement opportunities.
- Lead Root Cause Analysis (RCA) using quality tools such as 8D, 5 Why, Fishbone Diagram, and implement effective CAPA.
- Collaborate with Production, NPD, Maintenance, Purchase, and Supplier Quality teams to improve product and process quality.
- Ensure compliance with IATF 16949, ISO 9001, customer-specific requirements, and internal quality standards.
- Participate in internal audits, external audits, customer audits, and support audit closure activities.
- Monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) related to quality and drive continuous improvement initiatives to reduce defects and improve customer satisfaction.
- Ensure timely closure of PDIRs, NCRs, CAPAs, and customer quality concerns in accordance with organizational and customer requirements.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
