The Company

Aquascape Engineers Pvt. Ltd. has an exciting new opportunity within a long-established manufacturing organization using a variety of Machining and Fabrication processes to manufacture their products from our up-to-date purpose-built facility located in Ahmedabad, GUJARAT.

We supply components into Aerospace industry, and have a vision to develop these and wider markets making the working environment fascinating and challenging.

A requirement has now arisen for an experienced 5 Axis CNC Setter/Operator to join the Company.

Roles & Responsibilities

- Strong background in programming complex 5 Axis details in hard and soft metals.
- Experience of working multiple machines like VMC, Turn mill & Turning Centre.
- Experience in CNC Turn Mill is desirable.
- At least 2 – 3 years experience of CNC Machine 5 Axis offline programming with NX CAM.
- The successful candidate will ideally have minimum 2 years of experience of using NX Cad Cam Software.
- Reading 2/3D engineering drawings.
- Partaking in team activities such as 5S, TPM, SQDCP board discussions,



OEE and other improvement activities.
- Promoting and maintaining a safe work environment and practices.
- Self-inspection of parts produced, resolving Non-Conformance (NCR) issues.
- Experienced use of standard measuring systems and methodologies.

Qualifications

- The Ideal candidate will have an academic in Mechanical Engineering.
- Requires time served on programming 5 Axis machines (MAZAK) & Turn mill (DMG Mori).
- Requires time served on programming / setting & operating Multi Axis CNC lathes.

Skills

- Industry experience - Aerospace (ideal), Nuclear, Medical or Automotive (high end), Motorsport: all with high tolerances +/-0.01mm. (Airbus SO4 and S104 stds).
- Working to AS9100 / EASA Part 21 (G) standards (ideal).
- Must have good team working skills coupled with the ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment.
- Flexible and forward thinker with a 'can do' attitude.
