HLBS Tech Pvt. Ltd., a precision sheet metal fabrication company, seeks a Production Incharge – Fabrication to manage shop floor operations including laser cutting (3kW fiber), CNC press brake (100T), power presses (32–160T), laser & MIG welding, drilling, powder coating (11-tank pre-treatment), and overhead cranes (1T & 6T). The role includes AutoCAD-based design support – reviewing customer drawings, creating 2D flat patterns, preparing DXF/DWG files for nesting and bending, and suggesting design-for-manufacturing improvements.

You will plan daily production, ensure quality (≤2% rejection), lead a team of 15–40 operators, implement preventive maintenance, track OEE (≥90%) and OTD (≥95%), enforce safety (zero LTI),



and maintain MIS reports. Upcoming machinery includes a 5-axis tube bender and tube cutter.

Required: Sheet metal fabrication expertise, CNC press brake programming, nesting software knowledge, ERP/MS Excel skills, and strong leadership. Knowledge of Delem/Cybelec controllers, powder coating, and Lean/5S is preferred.
