Site Engineer Trainee

We are looking for a highly motivated and enthusiastic Site Engineer Trainee to join our growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for fresh graduates or candidates with up to 1 year of experience to gain practical exposure to residential construction projects while working alongside experienced engineers and project managers.

As a Site Engineer Trainee, you will assist in the planning, coordination, supervision, and execution of construction activities while developing technical and project management skills.

Responsibilities

- Assist senior Site Engineers in the execution and monitoring of residential construction projects.
- Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, consultants, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth site operations.
- Study and interpret construction drawings, plans, and technical specifications.
- Monitor day-to-day site activities and report progress to the Project Manager.
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure work quality, safety standards, and compliance with project specifications.
- Assist in supervising construction activities, including excavation, foundation work, structural work, masonry, finishing, and related site operations.
- Support the preparation of daily progress reports, site records, and project documentation.
- Assist in material planning, inventory monitoring, and coordination of material deliveries.
- Ensure compliance with company safety procedures and statutory regulations.




- Participate in project meetings and maintain effective communication with clients, consultants, and internal teams.
- Learn construction management practices and contribute to solving site-related challenges under the guidance of senior engineers.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Candidates with up to 1 year of experience in construction or site supervision may also apply.
- Internship or academic project experience in residential or commercial construction will be an added advantage.

Required Skills

- Basic understanding of construction methods, building materials, and site execution.
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings (preferred).
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong willingness to learn and grow in the construction industry.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to travel to project sites as required.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
