About the Role

We are looking for a smart, detail-oriented, and proactive E-commerce & Operations Executive to manage our day-to-day e-commerce operations and business processes. The ideal candidate should have experience handling online marketplaces, inventory management, order processing, and operational reporting while ensuring smooth coordination between sales, warehouse, and logistics.

Key ResponsibilitiesE-commerce Operations

- Manage product listings across Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, Shopify, and other online marketplaces.
- Update product information, pricing, images, and inventory.
- Monitor marketplace performance and ensure product availability.
- Coordinate promotional campaigns, offers, and discounts.
- Handle customer queries, returns, cancellations, and claims on marketplace portals.
- Track seller account health and ensure compliance with marketplace policies.

Order Management

- Process and monitor daily online orders.
- Coordinate with warehouse and logistics partners for timely dispatch.
- Track shipments and resolve delivery-related issues.
- Ensure order accuracy and timely fulfillment.
- Monitor returns (RTO), replacements, and refunds.

Inventory & Stock Management

- Maintain accurate stock records across all sales channels.
- Update inventory in ERP, Excel, and Google Sheets.
- Coordinate stock replenishment with the procurement team.
- Perform regular inventory reconciliation and audits.
- Identify slow-moving and fast-moving products.

Operations Management

- Manage day-to-day operational activities.
- Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and courier partners.
- Maintain operational documentation and records.
- Ensure smooth workflow across departments.
- Identify operational bottlenecks and recommend improvements.

Reporting & Data Management

- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales and operational reports.
- Maintain MIS reports using Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.
- Analyze sales, inventory, and operational performance.




- Create dashboards for management reporting.
- Ensure data accuracy across all operational records.

Required Skills

- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, IF Functions, Charts, Data Validation)
- Excellent knowledge of Google Sheets
- Experience managing Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, Shopify, or similar marketplaces
- Inventory and warehouse management knowledge
- Order processing and logistics coordination
- Solid analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to manage multiple tasks under deadlines

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Management, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in E-commerce Operations or Business Operations.
- Freshers with exceptional Excel and marketplace knowledge are also encouraged to apply.

Preferred Skills

- Experience with ERP or inventory management software.
- Knowledge of marketplace advertising and promotions.
- Familiarity with courier aggregators such as Shiprocket, NimbusPost, Pickrr, or similar platforms.
- Basic understanding of digital marketing and online sales analytics.
