E-Learning Content Developer & Logistics Faculty

Location: Eramangalam / Calicut / Trivandrum

Work Mode: Full-time | Studio-Based (Online Program Development)

Frontline Academy is developing a premium digital learning platform for Logistics and Supply Chain Management. We are looking for an experienced and dynamic professional who can transform industry knowledge into engaging, high-quality recorded learning experiences.

This role goes beyond classroom teaching. We are seeking an educator who is comfortable presenting in front of a camera, teaching using smart boards or digital writing tools, and developing professional e-learning content.

Key Responsibilities

* Develop structured online courses in Logistics & Supply Chain Management.

* Design course curriculum in coordination with the Academic and R&D; Team.

* Create engaging presentations, learning materials, assignments, and assessments.

* Deliver high-quality recorded video lectures using Smart Board, Digital Whiteboard, or Pen Tablet.

* Conduct live online and offline sessions whenever required.

* Work closely with the Media and IT Team during studio recording and course production.

* Review and improve course content based on learner feedback.

* Ensure excellent learner engagement and learning outcomes.

We Are Looking For Someone Who Can

* Explain complex logistics concepts in a simple and engaging manner.

* Present confidently in front of the camera.

* Teach using Smart Boards, Digital Whiteboards, or annotation tools.

* Record skilled-quality educational videos.

* Develop self-paced online learning modules.

* Create visually appealing presentations and learning materials.

* Collaborate effectively with content, design, and technical teams.

Subjects May Include

* Logistics & Supply Chain Management

* Freight Forwarding

* Shipping & Port Operations

* Customs Clearance & Documentation





* Warehouse & Inventory Management

* International Trade & Incoterms

* Procurement & Supply Chain Planning

* Transportation & Distribution Management

Essential Requirements

* Minimum 2 years of teaching and/or industry experience in Logistics & Supply Chain Management.

* Prior work experience in the Logistics Industry (Mandatory).

* Excellent communication and presentation skills.

* Strong command of Logistics and Supply Chain concepts.

* Ability to simplify technical concepts into engaging learning experiences.

* Good presentation design skills using Microsoft PowerPoint or similar tools.

Preferred Skills

Experience with any of the following will be an added advantage:

* Smart Board Teaching

* Interactive Digital Whiteboards

* Digital Pen Tablet

* Green Screen Recording

* Educational Video Production

* Course Content Development

* Instructional Design

* Learning Management Systems (LMS)

* Zoho Learn or similar platforms

* Canva or presentation design tools

Preferred Qualifications

* MBA in Logistics & Supply Chain Management

* Qualified Certification or Diploma in Logistics

* Additional certifications in Training, Instructional Design, or E-Learning will be an advantage.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹65,000.00 per month

- Logistics: 2 years (Preferred)
