We are looking for a motivated and confident Telecaller Intern to join our team. The intern will be responsible for making outbound calls, handling customer queries, and supporting the sales/marketing team in daily communication tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential customers.
- Explain products/services clearly and professionally.
- Maintain call records and update customer details.
- Assist in generating leads and follow-ups.
- Handle basic customer queries and provide timely information.
- Support the sales/marketing team in communication-related tasks.
Required Skills:
- Positive communication skills in Hindi/English.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Ability to handle calls confidently.
- Positive listening and problem-solving skills.
