- Lead procurement and buyback operations for organic produce.
- Build and manage robust relationships with FPOs, farmers, and sourcing partners.
- Ensure timely availability of quality organic products as per business requirements.
- Verify organic certifications, traceability records, and procurement documentation.
- Oversee product quality checks before procurement approvals.
- Negotiate commercial terms and optimize procurement efficiency.
- Monitor market trends, pricing, crop availability, and sourcing risks.
- Coordinate with internal teams for seamless procurement execution.
