Position: Solution Architect (Apache & NGINX)
Location: Bhopal
Experience: 5–8 Years

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Solution Architect / DevOps Architect who has hands-on and architecture-level experience in migrating applications and traffic from Apache to NGINX.
The ideal candidate should have end-to-end ownership of infrastructure design, server migration, performance optimization, and high-availability architecture for web-based systems.

Key Responsibilities

· Design, architect, and implement scalable web infrastructure using Apache and NGINX

· Plan and execute Apache to NGINX migration, including:

- Configuration redesign
- Traffic switching
- Zero/minimal downtime strategy
- Performance benchmarking

· Work on architecture-level decisions for web servers, load balancing, and high availability

· Optimize NGINX for reverse proxy, load balancing, caching, and SSL

· Manage and optimize PHP-based applications (PHP-FPM, tuning, security)

· Create system architecture diagrams, flow documents, and SOPs

· Implement CI/CD pipelines, deployment automation, and rollback strategies

· Ensure high availability, security, performance, and scalability

· Configure and manage monitoring, alerting, and disaster recovery

· Troubleshoot complex production issues at application, server, and network level





· Provide technical leadership and guidance to DevOps and support teams

Mandatory Skills (Must Have)

· Strong hands-on experience in Apache & NGINX

· Proven experience in Apache to NGINX migration

· Experience working at solution / architecture level, not just admin tasks

· Strong Linux server administration (RHEL/CentOS/Ubuntu)

· Expertise in NGINX reverse proxy, load balancer, SSL, caching

· PHP application deployment & optimization (PHP-FPM)

· Strong troubleshooting and performance tuning skills

Additional Technical Skills

· CI/CD tools: Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, or similar

· Automation & scripting: Shell, Python, Ansible

· Containerization: Docker (basic to intermediate)

· Cloud exposure: AWS / Azure / GCP (any one)

· Networking fundamentals: DNS, firewall, ports, security rules

Ideal Candidate Profile

· Someone who has actually migrated live environments from Apache to NGINX

· Comfortable taking architecture-level ownership

· Can independently design, implement, and optimize infrastructure

· Robust problem-solving mindset and production exposure

Pay: Up to ₹1,200,000.00 per year

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh (Bhopal): Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
