CCTV - Field Service Engineer

- Qualification : BE in Electronics/ Computer engineering or other relevant subject
- Required Experience :
- - 3-4 years of Experience in a Biometric /Access Control/CCTV Systems

- Job Summary :

- - Biometric/Networking/IP/Access Control systems /CCTV Camera/Engineers perform installation service, maintenance, repair, and software Installation work.

- - Service must be able to work in a qualified environment, conduct site surveys and maintain professional appearance and relationship with our existing business customers,



new customers as well as provide sales leads to the sales team.

- Responsibilities and Duties :

- - Biometric & CCTV Camera trouble shooting.

- - Installation & Configuration of Biometric.

- - DVR Configuration.

- - IP Camera installation and configuration.

- - Access Control Installation, configuration.

- - CCTV monitoring control.

- - Evaluate signal quality and performance with computers, networks and software.

- - Testing /troubleshooting networking issues.

- - Install, service, troubleshoot, repair, and perform maintenance of security Products.

- - Good communication skills.

- - Quick witted and able to diagnose and resolve issues. Keep track of service calls and closure on time.

- - Knowledge of basic Ethernet & IP addressing Scheme.
