Key Responsibilities:

-End-to-end Recruitment & Talent Acquisition

-Employee Onboarding & Exit Formalities

-HR Operations & Employee Lifecycle Management

-Attendance, Leave & HRMS Management

-Payroll Coordination & HR Documentation

-Employee Engagement & Performance Support

-HR Compliance & Policy Implementation

-Office Administration & Vendor Coordination

-Asset Management & Employee Records

Requirements:

-2–4 years of experience in HR Generalist/HR Executive role

-Strong communication and interpersonal skills

-Experience with HRMS, MS Excel, and recruitment portals





-Knowledge of HR operations, compliance, and employee engagement
