As a Recruitment Associate Intern, you will gain hands-on experience in "Precision Talent Architecture". You will work on live hiring requirements, learning how professional recruiters identify, source, and screen top-tier talent for startups and global enterprises. This internship provides practical exposure to the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle using contemporary digital tools and structured sourcing frameworks.

Key Responsibilities
Screening & Evaluation: Review resumes against specific technical and behavioral benchmarks. Screen candidates through telephonic interviews 50-70 per day.
Candidate Engagement: Conduct initial outreach and maintain professional communication throughout the hiring journey.
Coordination:



Manage interview scheduling and follow up with candidates regarding feedback and documentation. Data Management: Maintain real-time candidate trackers in Google Sheets and update ATS/CRM systems with precision.
Reporting: Participate in mandatory morning (10:00 AM) and evening (7:00 PM) stand-up meetings to report daily progress. Pipeline Building: Proactively develop talent pools for future highdemand roles like Java, Python, and MERN stack developers.

Pay: ₹1,500.00 per month
