GEM Sales Executive

Location: Narasaraopet
Department: Sales – Automobile Showroom
Reporting To: Senior Sales GEM / Branch Manager

Job Purpose

To generate sales through field and showroom activities, convert enquiries into bookings, and contribute to overall sales growth.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate leads through field visits, referrals, and walk-ins
- Explain product features, pricing, and offers to customers
- Convert enquiries into test drives, bookings, and deliveries
- Maintain customer database and follow-up records
- Achieve assigned monthly sales targets
- Coordinate with showroom team for smooth delivery process
- Participate in promotional and marketing activities

Eligibility & Skills

- 1 –3 years of sales experience (automobile preferred)
- Valuable communication and convincing skills
- Willingness to work in field and showroom
- Self-motivated and target-oriented
