- Assist senior technicians on service calls at various customer locations to perform maintenance, repairs, and installations for air conditioning systems.
- Use the company’s mobile app to accept jobs, update real-time service reports, and maintain job status.
- Troubleshoot and diagnose issues in AC systems, working closely with a senior technician to implement effective solutions.
- Adhere to safety protocols and ensure all tools and equipment are used properly.
- Communicate clearly and professionally with customers regarding service details and repair updates.
- Must own a smartphone to operate the company app for real-time reporting and job management.
- Basic understanding of AC systems, repair techniques, and troubleshooting.
- Willingness to learn, adapt,



and work in office alongside senior technicians.
- Reliable and punctual, with the ability to work independently as well as collaboratively.
- Flexibility to work overtime during late evenings and holidays, as needed.
- Dress formally with closed formal shoes for a professional appearance at work sites.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to ₹300,000.00 per year
