Job Summary:

The Relationship Manager will be responsible for building and maintaining strong, long-lasting client relationships, understanding their financial needs, and providing tailored solutions. This role involves managing a portfolio of clients, driving business growth through cross-selling and up-selling, and ensuring high levels of client satisfaction. Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and maintain robust, trust-based relationships with a portfolio of assigned clients, acting as their primary point of contact.
- Understand clients' financial objectives, risk tolerance, and investment preferences to provide personalized advice and solutions.
- Identify opportunities for cross-selling and up-selling additional products and services to existing clients, aligning with their evolving needs.
- Proactively engage with clients through regular meetings, calls, and correspondence to review their portfolios,



discuss market trends, and address any concerns.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including product specialists, operations, and legal, to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.
- Monitor client accounts and portfolios, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
- Prepare and present comprehensive financial reports and proposals to clients, explaining complex information clearly and concisely.
- Resolve client inquiries, issues, and complaints efficiently and effectively, escalating when necessary to ensure timely resolution.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and new product offerings to better serve clients and identify market opportunities.
- Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve individual and team sales targets and client retention goals.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records within the CRM system.
