Lakyou Beauty is a quick-growing beauty and personal care brand committed to creating high-quality, skin-friendly makeup products. We are looking for a creative, organized, and results-driven Influencer Marketing Executive/Associate to help build meaningful relationships with creators and drive impactful influencer campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify, research, and onboard beauty, skincare, fashion, and lifestyle influencers across Instagram, YouTube, and emerging platforms.
- Execute end-to-end influencer marketing campaigns, including outreach, negotiations, briefing, product seeding, content approvals, and timely campaign execution.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with creators, agencies, and talent managers.
- Coordinate campaign timelines, deliverables, and payments while ensuring smooth communication with influencers.
- Ensure all influencer content aligns with Lakyou Beauty's brand guidelines, messaging, and campaign objectives.
- Monitor campaign performance using key metrics such as reach, engagement, impressions, conversions, and ROI.
- Prepare campaign reports with actionable insights and recommendations.
- Stay updated on social media trends, viral content formats, platform algorithm updates,



and competitor activities.
- Collaborate with the content, creative, and performance marketing teams to maximize campaign effectiveness.

Requirements

- 1–3 years of experience in influencer marketing, social media marketing, PR, or creator partnerships.
- Strong understanding of Instagram, YouTube, and short-form content platforms.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
- Familiarity with Google Sheets, Excel, and influencer marketing tools is an advantage.
- Passion for beauty, skincare, fashion, and digital content trends.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience working with beauty or D2C brands.
- Existing network of creators and influencer agencies.
- Understanding of UGC, affiliate marketing, and performance-based influencer campaigns.
- Ability to analyze campaign performance and derive actionable insights.

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
