- Quantity Take-offs: Measure building plans to find exact amounts for concrete, steel, and other materials.
- BOQ Preparation: Create detailed lists of work tasks, units of measurement, and estimated quantities.
- Cost Estimation: Research market prices to apply rates to each task to determine total costs.
- Billing: Prepare and verify contractor bills (RA bills) as the project moves forward.
- Software: Microsoft Excel, AutoCAD, and specialized takeoff tools like PlanSwift.
- Technical: Ability to read blueprints and understand material specifications.
- Education: Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering or Quantity Surveying.
- Experience: 3 to 5 years in construction estimating or billing.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
