Back Office cum Purchase Executive

Salary

₹10,000 – ₹14,000 per month (Based on experience and interview performance)

Job Responsibilities

- Prepare quotations, purchase orders (PO), and invoices.
- Vendor follow-up and purchase coordination.
- Maintain purchase records and documentation.
- Coordinate with suppliers for material procurement and delivery.
- Handle MS Excel reports and MIS.
- Email correspondence with clients and vendors.
- Maintain stock and inventory records.
- Support project and accounts teams with documentation.
- Handle general office administration and back-office activities.

Candidate Requirements

- Graduate in any discipline (B.Com preferred).
- 0–2 years of experience in Back Office/Purchase.




- Freshers with positive MS Excel knowledge may also apply.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Good communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team.

- Working Days: Monday to Saturday
- Salary: ₹10,000 – ₹14,000 per month
