Job Description – Intermediate Accountant (Australian Accounting & Tax)

Role Overview

The Intermediate Accountant will work closely with the Australian team to prepare financial statements, tax

returns, and compliance work for Australian clients. The role requires strong technical knowledge of

Australian accounting and tax requirements and the ability to review financial data, reconcile accounts,





and prepare statutory lodgements.

Skills & Qualifications

- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Commerce, or Finance.
- Minimum 0-3 years’ experience in Australian accounting or tax compliance.
- Experience working with Australian public practice firms preferred.
- Strong knowledge of Australian tax legislation and accounting standards.
- Experience with Xero, QuickBooks, MYOB, and Microsoft Excel.
- Robust analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to meet deadlines.
- Book Keeping, Individual Taxation
