Roles & Responsibility

Experience & Qualifications
Minimum 8 years’ experience with Microsoft SCCM, Intune in a multi-site, enterprise environment. Certification on Intune, O365 mandatory

- Min 8 years Information Technology or Engineering or information Systems, or related work experience.
- Minimum 7 years of systems engineering/administration experience in Microsoft Windows Operating Systems

- Ability to communicate technical issues and translate into non-technical business reviews.

Technical Skills :• 9-12 years’ experience with Microsoft MDM – SCCM, Intune, advanced skills in Server, cloud and System Engineering

- Expert knowledge with tools/technology such as Microsoft Intune, AD, AAD, Hybrid, Azure, IAM, MDM, Conditional Access Policies, IAM, and SCCM
- Well versed in OS types as2019, 2022
- Patch Management, Operating system deployment, Auto Pilot, Intune Auto Patch, Migration to Intune
- Deliver a high quality IT service including security policies and up to date patching for software
- HLD, LLD, Designing end to end MDM Solution, Vulnerability Assessment and Security remediation
- Working knowledge of site migration (OnPrem to Intune)
- Basic experience with blade servers, virtualization technologies (Nutanix, VMWare, Hyper-V) and public cloud (Azure, AWS) is a strong plus




- Background in dealing with global and remote teams is a strong plus

Relevant certifications (ITIL, Security Assessment, Intune Admin) is a strong plus
PERSONAL SKILLS :• Comprehension of ITIL methodology.

- Must be customer service oriented and have exceptional verbal communication skills.

Should be comfortable in working in Shifts.
