IIT Foundation Chemistry Faculty (Classes 6–10)

Job Summary:

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Chemistry Faculty to teach IIT Foundation Chemistry for students of Classes 6 to 10. The ideal candidate should build strong conceptual understanding, develop analytical thinking, and prepare students for competitive examinations while aligning with the CBSE curriculum.

Key Responsibilities

Teach Chemistry concepts for Classes 6–10 using interactive and activity-based methods.

Prepare students for IIT Foundation, Olympiads, NTSE, and other competitive examinations.

Strengthen students' conceptual understanding through experiments, problem-solving, and higher-order thinking.

Develop lesson plans, worksheets, assignments, and mock tests.

Assess student performance and provide regular feedback to students and parents.

Conduct doubt-clearing sessions and remedial classes.

Integrate practical demonstrations and laboratory activities into teaching.

Maintain discipline and create a positive learning environment.





Collaborate with academic coordinators and fellow teachers to improve learning outcomes.

Eligibility

M.Sc. in Chemistry (B.Ed. preferred).

Minimum 2–5 years of teaching experience in CBSE/IIT Foundation coaching.

Strong command of Chemistry concepts from Classes 6–10.

Excellent communication and classroom management skills.

Proficiency in English.

Ability to use digital teaching tools and smart classrooms.

Salary

As per qualifications, experience, and performance.

Preferred Candidates: Experience in CBSE schools and IIT Foundation coaching with a proven record of producing excellent student results.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
