HR Generalist Location: Kochi, Kerala Job Type: Full-time Job Summary We are looking for a motivated and experienced HR Generalist to manage day-to-day HR operations. The ideal candidate will handle recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, attendance, payroll coordination, HR documentation, and ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws. Key Responsibilities - Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding. - Maintain employee records and HR documentation. - Coordinate attendance, leave, and payroll inputs. - Address employee queries and support employee engagement initiatives. - Assist with performance management and training programs. - Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies. - Prepare HR reports and maintain HR databases. - Support employee onboarding and exit formalities. Requirements - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration,



or a related field. - 0–5 years of HR Generalist experience. - Knowledge of recruitment, payroll, employee relations, and labor laws. - Proficiency in MS Office and HR software. - Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills. Preferred Skills - Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities. - Ability to maintain confidentiality. - Positive attitude and team-oriented approach. Salary: As per company standards (or ₹17,000–₹20,000 per month) Schedule: Day shift Experience: HR Generalist: 0–5 years (Preferred) Education: Bachelor's degree or MBA in HR(Preferred)
