Provides direct supervision to all assigned workers and/or program participants.
Provide status reports based on input (donations) & output (sales/salvage).
Regularly monitor ecommerce sites’ activities and report any situation that appears out of the norm to the immediate supervisor. The situation may require contacting assigned IT personnel to work with the program network system.
Create a positive and inspiring setting for team members to showcase their ideas, impart their creativity at their best.
Maintain a culture of open communication and listen to the team’s feedback to resolve issues at the earliest.
The candidate must have proven work experience as a team lead and have an eye to look at multiple angles & demands simultaneously.
Job Location: Ahmedabad, Gujarat India
Experience: 2-10 years
Working Days: Monday to Friday
Work Timing: 9.30 am – 7.30 Pm.
CTC: As per industry standard.
