As a Cloud Migration Engineer, a typical day involves evaluating current infrastructure and solutions to determine the best approach for transitioning systems to cloud environments. This role includes planning and executing the migration of applications and data, ensuring that the solutions implemented are scalable and deliver high performance. The position requires collaboration with various teams to align migration strategies with business goals, while continuously monitoring progress and addressing any challenges that arise during the migration process. The engineer plays a key role in enabling organizations to leverage both private and public cloud technologies to achieve advanced business outcomes.

- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless migration and integration of cloud solutions.
- Document migration processes and best practices to support knowledge sharing and future projects.
- Assist junior team members by providing guidance and support during migration activities.

Professional & Technical Skills:

- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Storage Area Networks (SAN) Architecture and Design.
- Positive To Have Skills: Experience with Netapp Storage Area Network (SAN) Administration.
- Strong understanding of cloud migration strategies and infrastructure assessment.
- Ability to design scalable and high-performance storage solutions for cloud environments.
- Familiarity with private and public cloud technologies and their application in enterprise settings.
- Experience in troubleshooting and resolving storage-related issues during migration.

Additional Information:

- The candidate should have minimum 2 years of experience in Storage Area Networks (SAN) Architecture and Design.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
