About the Role

NS Ventures is looking for a passionate and responsible Drone Pilot & Operations Executive to join our growing team. The role involves operating drones for real estate, construction, infrastructure, and commercial projects while ensuring smooth on-site execution and high-quality aerial content.

Key Responsibilities Drone Operations

- Operate drones for aerial photography and videography assignments.
- Capture high-quality photos and videos based on project requirements.
- Plan and execute safe and efficient drone flights.
- Conduct pre-flight and post-flight equipment checks.
- Follow safety guidelines and standard operating procedures during all missions.

Site Planning & Assessment

- Visit project locations before operations when required.
- Assess terrain, obstacles, weather conditions, and flight feasibility.
- Prepare flight plans and shot lists.
- Identify potential risks and recommend practical solutions.

Project Coordination

- Communicate with clients to understand project expectations.
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth project execution.
- Organize project files, footage, and documentation.




- Support post-shoot revisions and client requirements when needed.

Equipment Management

- Maintain drones, batteries, cameras, and accessories.
- Perform routine inspections and firmware updates.
- Troubleshoot basic hardware or operational issues in the field.

Requirements

- Experience operating DJI drones or similar professional UAV platforms.
- Good understanding of aerial photography and videography.
- Ability to work independently and manage field operations.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to travel extensively across India.
- Basic knowledge of drone safety procedures and regulations.

Preferred Skills

- Experience with DJI Mavic series or enterprise drones.
- Experience in real estate, construction, infrastructure, mapping, or surveying projects.
- FPV flying experience is an added advantage.
- Knowledge of mission planning and drone maintenance.
- Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.

Work Location: In person (Mohali, Punjab)

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
