A 5-axis Horizontal Machining Center (HMC) machine operator with a Siemens controller sets up, programs, and runs complex multi-axis parts, inspects finished components, and performs basic machine care.
Experience: 2 to 6+ years working on multi-axis CNC or HMC/VMC systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Setup & Operation: Load raw materials, install precise tooling, set work coordinate systems, and operate the 5-axis HMC safely.
- Siemens Control Usage: Navigate the Siemens CNC panel, verify programs, execute dry runs, and make live offset or feed rate adjustments.
- Technical Knowledge: Strong command of Siemens CNC controller interfaces, reading GD&T; blueprints, and understanding cutting tool parameters.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
