Job Title: Travel Executive

Location: Girish Park, Kolkata
Salary: Up to ₹25,000/month

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Travel Executive to manage domestic and international travel arrangements for our clients. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in ticketing, hotel bookings, itinerary planning, and travel coordination while ensuring a seamless travel experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle Domestic & International Air Ticket Bookings
- Manage Hotel Reservations (Domestic & International)
- Plan and coordinate complete travel itineraries
- Process travel bookings, modifications, cancellations, and refunds
- Coordinate with airlines, hotels, and travel vendors
- Provide visa and travel documentation guidance (preferred)
- Ensure timely confirmations and maintain booking records
- Resolve travel-related issues and provide customer support
- Maintain MIS reports and travel-related documentation




- Deliver excellent customer service while meeting client requirements

Requirements

- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Travel Executive or Travel Consultant
- Strong knowledge of GDS systems (Amadeus/Galileo/Sabre preferred)
- Experience in Domestic & International Ticketing
- Good understanding of hotel bookings and travel packages
- Excellent communication and coordination skills
- Basic proficiency in MS Excel and MS Office
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple bookings efficiently

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
