*Hiring: Inbound US Voice – Analyst (Sales & Upselling Focus)*

We are looking for dynamic professionals to join our *Inbound US Voice Process* team, with a strong focus on customer service, sales, and upselling.

If you have excellent communication skills and the ability to turn customer interactions into meaningful business opportunities, this role is for you.

*Key Responsibilities:*

* Handle inbound calls from US customers in a qualified and courteous manner

* Understand customer needs through active listening and effective questioning

* Provide accurate information about products, services, pricing, and promotions

* Identify and capitalize on upselling opportunities on every call

* Address customer objections with empathy and close sales effectively

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,100.00 per month
