Zytel Technology Private Limited is looking for a Accountant (Import & Export) who can efficiently manage accounting operations, GST compliance, and import-export documentation. The ideal candidate should have good knowledge of accounting principles, taxation, and documentation related to international trade.

Key Responsibilities

- Maintain day-to-day accounting records and bookkeeping.
- Prepare and manage sales & purchase invoices, quotations, and payment records.
- Handle GST billing, GST return data preparation, and tax-related documentation.
- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Maintain bank reconciliation and expense records.
- Prepare purchase orders and vendor payment records.
- Handle import & export documentation, including commercial invoices, packing lists, and shipping documents.
- Coordinate with freight forwarders, customs agents, and vendors for shipment-related documentation.
- Maintain accurate inventory, purchase, and stock records.
- Generate financial reports using MS Excel and accounting software.
- Maintain proper filing of accounting and import-export documents.
- Support finance and administration in day-to-day operations.





Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com) or equivalent qualification.
- Knowledge of Tally Prime (mandatory).
- Good understanding of GST, TDS, and basic accounting principles.
- Basic knowledge of Import & Export documentation is preferred.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, and email communication.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
- Freshers with solid accounting knowledge are welcome to apply.

Salary

₹18,000 – ₹22,000 per month (Based on skills and experience)
