About the Role:

TechnoEdge Learning Services is looking for enthusiastic and creative Content Writers / Instructional Designers to develop high-quality learning content, training materials, presentations, and e-learning modules for corporate clients.

This role is ideal for candidates with excellent English communication skills who are passionate about writing, research, and creating engaging learning experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop, write, edit, and proofread training content and learning materials.
- Create instructional content, e-learning modules, storyboards, and presentations.
- Conduct research and convert complex topics into simple, engaging content.
- Prepare reports, documentation, and training resources using MS Office.
- Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) and project teams to deliver high-quality content.
- Ensure content quality, consistency, and adherence to project requirements.
- Support content review, revisions, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Required Skills:

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Strong grammar, editing, and proofreading abilities.
- Good research and analytical skills.
- Creative thinking with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to organize and simplify information effectively.
- Proficiency in MS Word, PowerPoint,



and Excel.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team.

Eligibility:

- Freshers and candidates with up to 3 years of experience.

- Education
- Candidates with excellent communication and writing skills will be preferred.
