Brief Job Description:

- Content Development
- Design, create, and deliver structured VFX learning modules in video format,eBooks, or interactive formats.
- Create microlearning and long-form video content aligned with industry workflowsand student learning outcomes.
- Write accurate and research-backed content, scripts, and storyboards for VFXeducation

- Academic Engagement

- Conduct Masterclasses, Guest Lectures, and Workshops for students.
- Mentor students on real-world VFX projects and capstones.
- Train and upgrade faculty members through internal knowledge-sharing sessions.
- Mentor and train students and teams in 24FPS International Animation Awards.
- MAAC Creative League or any other education & creative event

- Industry Alignment & Research

- Keep updated with the latest industry tools, production pipelines, and visual trends.
- Integrate Generative AI tools into the VFX curriculum wherever applicable.
- Constantly research and analyse content trends in Indian and global VFX education

- Collaboration

- Work closely with CP-SME's, Packaging team, Instructional Designers, ContentWriters, and Production Teams to deliver engaging content.
- Collaborate with academic and industry experts to keep courseware aligned with theAVGC industry's demands.

- Adaptability & Flexibility

- Flexible to work in extended hours, tight timelines, and across formats/platforms.




- Open to learning and upgrading to new VFX tech, tools, and teaching formats

Desired Candidate Profile:

- Education
- Any degree, non-degree, or professionals with equivalent practical experience.

- Experience

- 3-8 years of experience in VFX production/studio environment.
- Teaching/mentoring experience in academic or professional training institutions isan added advantage.

- Language Proficiency

- Excellent verbal and written communication in English.
- Ability to simplify and communicate complex concepts effectively.

- Preferred Background

- Studio professionals who want to transition into education.
- Academic professionals with strong content creation skills
