Key Responsibilities

- Visit dealers, retailers, contractors, builders, and project sites to promote chemical adhesive products.
- Generate new business opportunities and develop a strong customer network.
- Maintain relationships with existing customers and provide regular follow-up.
- Explain product features, benefits, and applications to customers.
- Achieve monthly sales and marketing targets.
- Collect market feedback and monitor competitor activities.
- Prepare daily visit reports and submit updates to the management team.
- Coordinate with the sales and warehouse teams to ensure timely product delivery.

Requirements

- 10+2, Diploma, or Graduate in any discipline.
- Previous experience in sales or marketing is preferred; freshers with strong communication skills are also welcome to apply.
- Positive communication and negotiation skills.
- Willingness to travel locally for customer visits.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and smartphone applications.
- Valid two-wheeler driving license is preferred.
