We are looking for an IT Manager to be responsible and accountable for the smooth running of our computer systems within the limits of requirements, specifications, costs and timelines. You will supervise the implementation and maintenance of our company’s computing needs.

Job Responsibilities:

- Lead IT strategy and vision, aligning it with overall business goals.
- Manage the entire IT infrastructure lifecycle, ensuring smooth operation.
- Build and mentor a high-performing IT team.
- Implement and maintain IT policies, standards, and security protocols.
- Collaborate with cross-functional departments to meet their IT needs.
- Manage IT budgets and resources effectively.

Desirable Skill Set:

- Proven track record of successfully managing complex IT infrastructure and systems.
- Strong understanding of IT best practices, security principles, and network protocols.




- Experience in a similar industry or domain (a plus, not mandatory).
- Familiarity with emerging technologies and their potential applications in IT infrastructure. (Replaces cloud computing specifically)
- Robust understanding of IT service management (ITSM) frameworks.
- Experience with project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).

Personal Skills:

- Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.

Qualifications:

- Master's degree(preferred) or Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field will be considered.
- 7+ years of experience in an IT leadership role (e.g., IT Infrastructure Manager, Network Operations Manager).
