Job Description

Compulsory Requirement: Minimum 1 Year Experience in IT recruitment or technical hiring

Salary Structure:

3LPA until initial 12 months + 2LPA incentives

4LPA after the 12 months + 3LPA incentives

Responsibilities:

Source and identify qualified IT candidates through job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed), referrals, social media, and networking for contract and permanent positions across various technologies.

Screen resumes, conduct initial technical assessments, and evaluate candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit; shortlist qualified candidates for client requirements.

Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and client companies; provide interview preparation support and gather feedback from both parties.

Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates throughout the recruitment process; provide updates, handle negotiations, and ensure smooth onboarding experience.

Maintain comprehensive candidate database, track recruitment metrics (time-to-fill, candidate quality), and ensure all documentation and compliance requirements are met for placements.

Requirements

- 1-2 years of experience in IT recruitment or technical hiring with proven track record of successful placements in software development, testing, or IT infrastructure roles.

Robust understanding of IT roles and technologies including Java, Python, .NET, Cloud Computing, DevOps, Data Science, Mobile Development, and emerging tech stacks.

Proficiency with recruitment tools and platforms including Naukri Recruiter, LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, and applicant tracking systems (ATS) for candidate management.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to engage with technical candidates, understand their career goals, and effectively match them with suitable opportunities.

Target-oriented mindset with strong organizational skills; ability to manage multiple job openings simultaneously, meet deadlines, and achieve monthly placement targets.
