Key Responsibilities

● Plan, manage, and execute end-to-end social media strategies across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.).

● Run and optimize Meta Ads & Google Ads campaigns for brand growth, lead generation, and sales.

● Develop and maintain a strong digital brand image aligned with company goals. ● Oversee 360° digital marketing activities, including content planning, social posting, engagement, and influencer collaborations.

● Track, measure, and report campaign performance (ROI, KPIs, brand performance metrics).

● Coordinate with creative, design,



and content teams to ensure cohesive digital communication.

● Stay updated with latest social media trends, ad formats, and digital tools to drive innovation

Skills & Requirements

● Minimum 3 years of experience in Social Media Management & Performance Marketing.

● Proven expertise in Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram) & Google Ads campaign management.

● Strong knowledge of performance marketing strategies and digital analytics. ● Excellent understanding of brand positioning, audience targeting, and content planning.

● Hands-on experience in organic & paid marketing campaigns.

● Proficiency in tools like Google Analytics, Ads Manager, and social media scheduling platforms.
