Primary Responsibilities:

- Lead and manage the entire Dynamics 365 CRM migration project from planning and analysis to implementation and user adoption.
- Conduct thorough assessments of the existing on-prem Dynamics environment, including configurations, customizations, and integrations.
- Develop a comprehensive migration plan and risk mitigation strategies.
- Collaborate with stakeholders across departments to define business requirements and ensure smooth transition to the cloud.
- Lead the data migration process, including data cleansing, transformation, and validation.
- Configure and customize Dynamics 365 Online to meet user needs and align with business goals.
- Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting to users after/during the migration.
- Monitor and analyze performance of the cloud setting and identify opportunities for optimization.
- Data Transformation/Migration Skills: Knowledge of data manipulation tools like SSIS, Azure Data Factory, or Power Query for data cleansing and migration.
- Networking and Security: Understanding of network security, firewalls for secure cloud access.
- Scripting and Automation: Ability to write scripts for automating tasks during migration.
- Testing and Troubleshooting:



Experience with testing methodologies and troubleshooting migration issues.
- Performance Optimization: Understanding of CRM performance optimization techniques in the cloud environment.
- Change Management: Understanding of change management principles to smoothly transition users to the cloud platform.
