Job Description
We are seeking a sophisticated and service-driven Guest Relations Executive to join our front-of-house team. As the face of our brand, you will ensure every guest receives a warm welcome and enjoys a seamless, memorable dining experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and engage guests with warmth and professionalism
- Manage reservations and walk-ins using our booking system efficiently
- Coordinate with the service team to manage seating and guest flow
- Handle guest inquiries, feedback, and special requests with a problem-solving attitude
- Build rapport with VIPs and loyal guests to enhance retention
- Maintain the entrance and waiting area with a polished and inviting presence
- Assist in hosting events, special promotions, and exclusive experiences
- Uphold brand standards in personal appearance and behavior at all times
Requirements
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in a premium F&B; or fine dining property
- Solid communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to stay composed and organized in a fast-paced environment
- Well-presented, with an outgoing and approachable demeanor
- Familiarity with reservation systems (e.g., OpenTable, Resy) preferred
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- A passion for hospitality and guest satisfaction
